Enrolment Period will start on as soon as the ECQ is lifted. Parents have the option to enroll their child online or onsite following the guidelines/ procedures below.


  1. Print the Registration Form sent to your email address during the ONLINE Registration.
  2. Check all the information - indicate the correction if any.
  3. Indicate the chosen club of your child.
  4. Select mode of payment.
  5. Scan or take a clear picture of the form and email to
  6. Wait for an email from the Accounting Office containing assessment and OLLCS bank account information.
  7. Process the payment.
  8. Once paid, e-mail receipt of payment to The accounting will then email the Registrar and the Parent the confirmation of payment within 3-5 banking days.
  9. Wait for an email from the Registrar’s Office CONFIRMING your child’s enrolment.


Social distancing will be STRICTLY implemented during the on-site enrolment, observe one to two (1-2) meters queue from the entrance gate. All parents/ guardians are requested to wear a face mask upon entering the school premises. Kindly submit to the mandatory thermal scanning, parents/guardians with temperature more than 37.5oC will be advised to go home and rest. To maintain enough spacing during the enrolment, we highly encourage that only the parents/guardians will come to school. 

For Old Students (Please bring the school ID of the learner.)

  1. Go to Station 1: Tap the Learner’s School ID to print the Learner’s Registration Form.
  2. Check, update and complete the details of the Learner’s Registration Form.
  3. Give the signed Registration Form and Report Card to Station 2 (Registrar’s Office)
  4. Proceed to Station 3 (Room 103) to order school uniform.
  5. Go to Station 4 (Cashier) to pay the Tuition Fee, Books and Uniform.

For New Students

  1. Secure and fill out the Application Form at Station 1 (Information Desk).
  2. Pay Entrance Exam Fee at the Cashier.
  3. Submit the Accomplished Application Form and Requirements to Station 1.
  4. Take Entrance Examination.
  5. Wait for about 30 minutes for the Result.
  6. Undergo Principal’s Interview. Once passed, the application will be endorsed to the Registrar’s Office.
  7. Go Station 2 (Registrar’s Office) for Registration.
  8. Proceed to Station 3 (Room 103) to order school uniform
  9. Go to Station 4 (Cashier) to pay the Tuition Fee, Books and Uniform.
