ONLINE APPLICATION (NEW LEARNERS/ TRANSFEREES)

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is now accepting Applicants for school year 2020-2021.

ELIGIBILITY

• For incoming Nursery           :                    4 years old on or before August 31, 2020
• For incoming Kinder             :                    5 years old on or before August 31, 2020
• For incoming Grade 1          :                    6 years old on or before August 31, 2020 must be a Kinder Completer & with LRN
• For incoming Grades 2 - 10 :                    Completed the previous level
• For incoming Grade 11        :                    Grade 10 Completer (For ABM or HUMSS Strands)

For online registration for new learners/transferees, kindly follow the instructions below.

1. Fill out the Google Form online carefully and accurately. To access it, please click the link below:bit.ly/OLLCS_application_form_new_students
2. Wait for the confirmation message and the learner’s printable application form will be sent to the registered email address for at least 24 hours after submission.
3. A notification message through text or email will be sent upon availability of the Entrance Examination Schedule.
