NOTE: Dates of the Issuance of Report Cards will be based from the announcement from the national government concerning Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). As soon as the ECQ is lifted, distribution of report cards will follow.

The school strictly implements precautionary measures against the spread of COVID-19. Hence, ALL are expected to observe the following guidelines related to the Card Giving Day:
- The Elementary campus will serve as the venue for Pre-School to Grade 6 Card Distribution while the High School campus will be the venue for the JHS-SHS Card Distribution. Please refer to the indicated schedule. We apologize if parents come beyond the scheduled time and will NOT be entertained anymore. For unclaimed cards, please get the report card from the Registrar’s Office.
- Strictly, ONLY ONE parent or guardian shall be entertained for each learner. Learners and other visitors or guests with no official business in the school are also not allowed to enter the school premises yet.
- Upon entering the gate, submit yourself to the following measures:
- Observe one to two (1-2) meters queue from the entrance gate.
- Pass through the thermal scanning. If temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius, guardian/parent shall be sent home.
- Disinfect using the alcohol stationed at the entrance gate.
- Wear your surgical face mask.
- Wait at the designated seats in the assigned Waiting Rooms before entering the respective classroom where you will get the report card.An assigned teacher will give a slip if your child has other pending requirements from other departments or offices (other than the academic requirements).Proceed to the said office before securing your child’s report card.
- Once inside the room, strictly observe social distancing. ONLY four (4) parents are allowed to enter in the room.
