ONLINE REGISTRATION & RESERVATION (OLD/CONTINUING LEARNERS)

Online Registration and Reservation for old /continuing learners is NOW OPEN. This is to project the number of learners for the next school year as basis for sectioning and class size and to update the learners’ contact information in the school database. Kindly finish the online registration before proceeding to enrollment.

For online registration & reservation for old/continuing learners, kindly follow the instructions below.

1. Fill out the Google Form online carefully and accurately. To access it, please click the link below: bit.ly/OLLCS_registration_form_old_students
2. Wait for the confirmation message and the learner’s printable registration form which will be sent to the registered email address for at least 24 hours after submission.
3. Once received, you have the OPTION to reserve a slot for your child. Minimum reservation fee is one thousand pesos (1000.00) which is deductible from the tuition fee to be paid.  Payments can be made through the following channels: Metrobank Online Banking, Online Fund Transfer (other banks), GCash and PayMaya.

        4. Email receipt of payment indicating the learner’s name and grade level to [email protected]  and [email protected].

        5. Wait for an email from the Registrar’s Office CONFIRMING your transaction.
